1. Branch Managers (Based in branches throughout the country)

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and oversee the overall management of the Branch including developing and maintaining clientele relationship
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies, identify and secure potential business opportunities as well as identify market niche opportunities for the Bank's numerous - products and services

Requirements
- Proven track record with minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- Committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities

2. Senior Credit Analysts (Based in Head Office and branches nationwide)

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess all types of credit facilities including corporate loans, retail loans and hire purchase
- Perform field work such as site visits

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience related to credit processing, evaluation and appraisal of corporate/ commercial/ retails loans
- Experience in a financial institution or financial services industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and able to work independently

3. Trainers (Based in Bangi)

Responsibilities
- Support business plans by designing, developing and delivering up-to-date learning programmes for employees

Requirements
- A recognised Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Business
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in any of the following areas is preferred : Deposit, Credit, Hire Purchase operations, sales of financial products
- Relevant experience in training or organisational learning activities is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates will also be considered

4. Merchant Acquiring Manager, Card centre (Based in Head Office)

Responsibilities
- Plan, formulate and execute strategies to meet business action plans and targets
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Merchant Sales Executives to achieve their individual merchant sales targets
- Maintain liaison with key merchant accounts and execute merchant retention strategies
- Supervise operations, service and support functions related to merchant accounts

Requirements
- A recognised Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity

5. Human Resource Executives (Based in Head Office)

Responsibilities
- Manage the Human Capital needs of the Bank encompassing staffing requirements/reviews, recruitment, placement, performance management and staff's career progression

Requirements
- A recognised Degree. HR related experience would be an advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential
- Good interpersonal skills

6. Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer, Basel II (Credit Risk) (Based in Head Office)

Responsibilities
- Assists in the implementation and monitoring of Basel II related projects
- Reviews credit risk rating models and the related policies and procedures
- Conducts periodical backtesting, validation and recalibration/ refinement of credit risk rating models

Requirements
- A recognised Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering or other related quantitative and business discipline
- Non-graduates with the relevant working experience will also be considered
- At least 5 years experience for Assistant Manager position and 3 years experience for Senior Officer position in Basel II implementation and/or credit modelling
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
- Familiar with using SAS and/or other statistical packages

7. Senior Officer, Assets And Liabilities Management (Based in Head Office)

Responsibilities
- Provide independent risk evaluation on new treasury products

Requirements
- A recognised Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in market risk
- Konoledge in fuctionalities of Bloomberg will be added advantage

8. Manager / Assistant Manager, Corporate Planning And Strategy (Based in Head Office)

Responsibilities
- Perform overall assessment of the Bank's business plan and target

Requirements
- A recognised Degree in Accounting / Finance with a CPA
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting / finance role

Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package and a wide range of benefits which amongst others include medical, insurance coverage, staff housing loan at 0 - 2 % interest rate depending on loan quantum, staff car loan at 2.5 % interest rate and opportunities for development of potential awaits successful candidates. Fresh graduates will be paid a basic salary of not less than RM2,800 per month.
