1) HUMAN RESOURCE UNIT
Responsibilities and Duties :
i. Implement HR initiatives and programme for the Institute, manage recruitment and selection, employee communications, salary administration, compensation and benefits, HR Information Systems, employee disciplinary issues and other industrial / employees relation matters.
ii. Implement training and development activities and to ensure that all projects are implemented according to the
agreed scope, budget and timeline.
iii. Implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the level of services by reviewing and revising
operational process, policies, standard operating procedures and work instruction in line with the Company vision
and operational needs, as well as to ensure the successful implementation of the strategic HR initiatives.
iv. Responsible for the Industrial and Employee Relations functions.
v. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
2) ADMINISTRATION UNIT
Responsibilities and Duties :
i. Ensure office maintenance / cleanliness and liase regularly with the administrator and perform periodically
inspection, ie : daily, weekly and monthly.
ii. Ensure report and arrangement been made for any electrical equipment/leakage of the water mains and where
possible for undertake repairs.
iii. Ensure office goods are in good conditions and keep necessary stock for the continued operations of department and
Institute.
iv. Ensure cleanliness of Office, Conference Rooms, Training Rooms in good conditions as and when required for
seminar/training/meeting.
v. Handles issues on local authorities / Jaya 33 Management.
3) PROCUREMENT UNIT
Responsibilities and Duties :
i. Oversee purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
ii. Oversee Purchasing Policy and ensure all purchases are adhere to it.
iii. Liase with other departments to ensure purchases are within the budget after reviewed and approved by the
Management.
iv. Manage and monitoring and handling of all purchasing duties.
v. Managing any “Service Level Agreement” that may be in place and managing any master agreement between the
supplier and the Company.
vi. Overseeing any large purchasing that may happen in future.
vii. Choosing the suitable suppliers and maintaining the legal interaction with them.
viii. Source for new products or suppliers when the need arises.
ix. Manage inventory levels of stocks
Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human -Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
