EXECUTIVES - HUMAN RESOURCES

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate various recruitment exercises to meet the manpower requirements of the Company which include media advertisement, employment agencies, resources within the Sunway Group, recommendations, visits to universities/institution etc
  • Conduct interviews jointly with interviewers
  • Prepare Appointment Letters and Pre-Employment Medical Check-up Letters to successful candidates and follow-up on the result of the medical check-up prior to confirmation of the date join
  • Remind HODs on the preparation to receive the new staff through a checklist
  • Conduct Orientation & Induction Programme for new staff
  • Assist in the Annual Performance Appraisal Exercise
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • Min 2 years experience preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a pre-requisite
  • Able to interact with all levels of staff and cope in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, mature, resourceful and independent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
