CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVES
- Handle customer complaints/enquiries
- Handle customer relations with RAs and residents groups
- Assist in managing events and other community related activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Mass Communications, Marketing or Property Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess communications/PR/customer service/customer relations experience preferably in the Property/Real Estate/Banking/Tele-communication industries
- Good written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work under pressure
