  • Handle customer complaints/enquiries
  • Handle customer relations with RAs and residents groups
  • Assist in managing events and other community related activities
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Mass Communications, Marketing or Property Management
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Possess communications/PR/customer service/customer relations experience preferably  in the Property/Real Estate/Banking/Tele-communication industries
  • Good written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work under pressure
