Lead, generate and close corporate sales within an assigned segment
Understand and communicate customer's business directions and goals to the team with objectives to generate and identify business opportunities and compelling business cases
Effectively communicate all offerings to customers through understanding of our aspiration and mission, capabilities and services
Be responsible for the preparation of quotations, pricing proposals and necessary correspondence and strive for efficient account management
Review all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and meet our customers’ expectations
Be accountable for customer communications, disputes resolution, and compliance on customer deliverables and revenue
Ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, and inform the superior of any problems that may arise
Work closely with the necessary parties (internal & external) to ensure customer interest is safeguarded (Ownership)
Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are overall profitable
Report to superiors, provide regular reports and input on all account activity through pipeline reporting, including status and marketing reports on a weekly basis
Support the development of product vision, strategy and roadmap in accordance to the company's overall strategy and goals
Research customer needs; develop, document and execute business cases, business/product requirements, product development, GTM and post-launch activities
Support other activities of the product development process as needed
Prepare business cases (analysis) and ROI scenarios based on products to be launched
Document and analyse required information and data
Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
Support the development of business/product concepts based on customers insights
Deliver and ensure that project deadlines and schedules are met
Understand the necessity of project standards and apply them consistently
Support the development of business requirements, product requirements, product development and GTM plans to realise business cases
Prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Understand the components of running a fiscally successful project
Responsible for managing one or more key enterprise products. Drive product improvements, revenue targets and profitability. Provide support on daily operational tasks

Job Requirements
At least 2 years corporate sales experience, preferable in the Telco or IT industry
A Degree holder in any discipline
Computer literature and familiar with Windows applications
Must be a team player as well as be independent in coordinating daily tasks
